At Naval Armada, you can hire a crew for your ship. Each captain has his own strengths and improves your ship depending on his skills.

To hire a crew, press the "Hire" button

To assign a crew to your ship, press the "Mobilize" button

Training a captain enhances his skills and boosts some of your ship’s performance.

• You can hire the crew on a few ships.

• Captain training is retained when mobilized to other ships.

• Captain’s training is paid for with silver, you can speed up training with gold.
